- Your diary entries or journal content – stored locally on your device only
- Images you upload – photos remain on your device
- Audio recordings – voice notes stay on your device
- Personal identification information – no name, email, or phone number
- Location data – we don’t track your physical location
Anonymous Analytics We Collect
- Subscription analytics (view/purchase events)
- Onboarding completion rates and step duration
- Writing session duration (without content)
- Emotion types only (happy, sad, calm, etc.)
- App usage patterns and feature engagement

Data Storage and Security
- All your personal content is stored exclusively on your device

- You can delete the app to remove all local data
iCloud Backup & Restore (Apple)
- If you enable iCloud device backup, Apple may automatically back up your local app data.
- These backups are managed entirely by Apple under your iCloud settings.
- We do not control iCloud backups and cannot access your backed-up data.
- You can manage or delete iCloud backups via Settings > Apple ID > iCloud.
What Leaves Your Device
- Subscription content requests: The app requests “Today’s Questions” and “Quotes” from Firebase. No personal journal data is sent.
- In-App Purchases: Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple. We receive entitlement/verification information from Apple, but not your payment details.
Your Rights and Choices
- Delete your data – delete the app to remove all local data
- Opt-out of analytics – disable analytics in your device settings
- Export your data – diary entries can be exported from the app
- Data portability – transfer your data to another device
- Control your data – your personal content remains completely private
Third-Party Services
- Firebase Analytics – anonymous behavioral analytics only
- Apple In-App Purchase – subscription management
- App Store – app distribution and usage statistics
- All services use industry-standard security measures

Children’s Privacy
- Feelis is not intended for children under 13
- We don’t knowingly collect data from children under 13
- No personal content is collected from anyone
- Parents can monitor their child’s device usage
